The only thing missing from making this batch of beer truly crunchy is that Green used propane during brewing rather than solar power. I wonder if we could get a big solar collector? Hmmmm, you know we do know someone with such a thing. Oh yeah, back to the eco-beer.
Native Seeds: S.E.A.R.C.H. is this fantastic organization that has been around for about 25 years and serves to preserve the agricultural bio-diversity of this area by maintaining stores of seeds, distributing and educating. Green got a call a couple of weeks or so ago from a friend asking if he would brew some beer using Native Seeds local wheat.
Tonight, transferring the beer over.
Not bad, says he.
I love this man. I don’t love beer, but I love that this man will brew beer from a local wheat for a local organization, just because.
I totally have to try doing this…
or at least drinking the beer
He’s a good man. And it’s good to see a picture of him at the beerzebo.
Keep those pictures coming!
Isn’t he just. Thanks honey.
This is so cool. Thank you for sharing. I would love for us to make our own beer.
Thanks for stopping by. Brewing looks like something that is very easily within your capabilities.
